Game description
Music Mass is one of the most fun music-creation games I have played. To be fair, it is much weirder than pretty much every other music game I have played also. And I like weird. In Music Mass you don't create music in any conventional way but by dropping bouncing balls down columns.
There are several different columns for you to drop balls into, and each generates a unique sound when the ball hits the bottom. It shouldn't work but it does and within a surprisingly short period of time you can be creating some great tunes. Okay, maybe they are not actually great but they are not so bad that your entire neighbourhood of cats decides to commit suicide en masse.
As well as using balls to create music, you can also turn on and off some ambient music loops and play melodies using your keyboard. Music Mass is unlikely to keep a professional musician attentive for long but for kids or amateurs it is absolutely perfect.
